The family-friendly 4-star hotel is located near the mountain elevator (about 20 m away) and the centre of Fendels. Furthermore, it is possible to descend to the accommodation if there is sufficient snow. There is also a 4 km toboggan run at the hotel. After about 15 km you have access to the cross-country trails of the Kaunertal. Facilities include a reception, lobby, 2 lifts, Wi-Fi (in the lobby), a dining room with fireplace, restaurant, bar, a shoe and ski area with shoe dryers and a terrace. Free parking is available based on availability. The 800 m2 spa area (closed on Saturdays) is free of charge. This includes an indoor pool, whirlpool, familyauna and steam bath. In addition, you can use the Finnish sauna, biosoft sauna, 2 infrared cabins, aromatherapy room, Kneippbad, ice cave and various rest areas (open hours see on site information only after prior registration). Massages and various offers from the beauty centre can be booked for a fee. The hotel offers a varied programme for children aged 4 to 12 every day from 16.00 to 21.00 (except Saturdays) (see information on site) and babysitter in the children's country (about 250 m2) with castle, slide, climbing wall, cinema and private craft and painting corner. For a fee you can also participate in snowshoe walks, go night skiing or tobogganing.
